Student of the Year Awards Banquet

Earlier this evening, I attended our Student of the Year Awards Banquet, where twelve outstanding local high school seniors were recognized across four categories: Well Rounded, Life Hero, Community Involvement, and Bridge to Success. I was honored to receive the Life Hero award.

Each student received a $1,000 scholarship, with a total of $12,000 awarded by the club.

This recognition means so much to me because it reflects the importance of resilience, service, and using my experiences to positively impact others. Being seen for something that connects so closely to my values is both humbling and motivating as I look ahead to what comes next.
